Sasha grew up playing many sports, including hockey, field hockey, ringette, and soccer. Throughout university, she continued to play and competed for the varsity field hockey team at York University. She sustained a variety of injuries and was introduced to Athletic Therapy while being treated by the student Athletic Therapists assigned to the team. Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, she worked as a Certified Athletic Therapist for seven years where she gained an in-depth knowledge of the body and injury rehabilitation, and travelled all over the world with Rugby Ontario and various high performance sports organizations.

Sasha is a graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Medix College in Toronto. She has a wealth of knowledge in treating musculoskeletal injuries and creating personalized rehabilitation programs. She is certified in cupping therapy through Cupping Canada, teaches an Athletic Taping course to other health professionals, and is eager to continue learning, with the goal of helping her clients return to a pain-free life. Sasha also assists pregnancy patients with relief, providing prenatal massages.

Outside of work, Sasha loves to run, hike, eat snacks, and watch Grey’s Anatomy with her cat Ziggy.
