Charlotte Osler is a Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centred care. Her practice focuses on optimizing women’s health and supporting patients in achieving balance and wellbeing through a collaborative approach. Many patients at Flourish do not have a family doctor, and Charlotte is here to bridge that gap, offering comprehensive medical support within our integrative model of care. She enhances the Flourish team’s ability to provide full-circle health services, including prescribing medications outside of the N.D. scope, IUD insertion, and NAD and iron infusion IV therapy, botox for TMJ and migraines. As an Ontario Nurse Practitioner, Charlotte can provide OHIP-covered lab and imaging requisitions, specialist referrals (such as to gynaecologists, cardiologists, and dermatologists), and perform minor skin procedures, including skin tag removal, wart treatment, and cryotherapy. Charlotte’s career has spanned Canada’s Arctic and urban sexual health clinics, where she has developed a deep respect for the diversity of patient experiences and the importance of accessible, inclusive care. With her time now spent on primary care and medical aesthetics, she emphasizes education, empowerment, and care that helps every patient feel seen, understood, and supported.
